Let me tell you WHY below!
I get the opportunity to be a 5-year-old and ask WHY to understand the users I am dedicated to SERVE truly. I assume different roles as a chameleon, liaison, advocate, listener, armchair psychologist, experimenter, organizer, observer, journalist and storyteller as and when needed to ensure the optimal comfort of my users.
I study users to understand the whats and whys that underlie their behaviour by understanding CULTURAL context and differences, focusing on the African continent. My practice is heavily grounded in design thinking and human-centred design principles.
I am currently working with YUX Design, a research and design agency based in Senegal.

LATEST PROJECT
At YUX, co-led the scaling initiatives for the sack gardening project for the IRC Uganda team, whose main focus was, enhancing fresh food availability to combat the rising malnutrition in children under 5 years in Kiryandongo Refugee Settlement:
Particularly enjoyed co-leading and working on this project because of its intersection between agriculture, child health & nutrition.
